The pandemic, storms, heat and other worrisome things had brought a malaise to our project. We didn't lack for ideas, just the enthusiasm to start. We miss our friends, travel, sanity. These are 5 musical ideas we're proud of, and may revisit someday for a change, because they deserve additional attention. This effort is another thing... it's all acoustic. No electric stuff, no apps, nothing but the sound of the instruments, and possibly traffic or breathing. Mistakes were made, because one of us was playing some instruments on this recording for pretty much the first time. Dedicated to a friend who passed suddenly, WAY too soon, a stellar sociable guy i wish i had known better... Michael Leff.
